You can email them and they can create an invoice if it's available, I've had much better luck that way. Last 10 times I called they never picked up.

Looking for advice on the Lamar coat sizing. I'm 5'7", slim build 48. I'd love an oversized coat and am tempted to get a S but open to hear from someone of similar build who got the Lamar before

Based on your recent pics of pick ups, it’s seems a safe bet to size up one in 18E for you. I find these days the sizing is pretty solid and doesn’t vary to much outside a few pieces.
