I love the Tony barncoats. Missing out on one in my size is my biggest regret of the recent drops.

It is pretty great, although the western is still :chefs kiss:

I'm also fortunate that apparently the L in Tony is just about MTM.

Just watched the Tony IG and I really missed out. Wasn’t feeling good that day.
@gdl203 Anyway we can get Tony to make another batch of the Vegan western?

In case it’s not possible to do another whole batch, you can hit up Tony on here (@Tony The Shirtmaker) or on IG and see if he still has the fabric to make you one. There was a shirt I was interested in and he said he wouldn’t be able to remake it, but said he had enough fabric to make one for me.

I’m looking at M in barn coat but I don’t think I’d get the intended fit for using this as a jacket.

The Giubbottino from G. Inglese is majorly slept on. The cut and fabric on these are bonkers good.

It all goes back to the roots of this coat:

Fast forward and the approach hasn't really changed much

What size do you suggest for the Naissance goldenrod wool pile, if you’re a Inis Meain - Medium?

I assume Naissance intended fit is large so M? And not S?

thanks.

Yeah, definitely intended to be comfortable. I have this in a large and it is roomier than any IM sweater I have in the same size. The cut is boxy with a slightly shorter length, dropped shoulders and longer sleeves that contribute to an oversized, cozytime look. I will say that the sleeve length made me question whether I should go down but I'm not sure it would work with the body length.

The No Man folks can probably get more specific. I think this guy has the full rig, pants included, and I'm pretty sure it captures the intended vibe.

Thank you. This is helpful!

Its an incredible piece. so rare to see a pile/fleece in wool.

Agreed - I would only size down if comfortable with body and sleeve length

Lots more to quote besides these, but I spent the morning on the phone with Tony and we'll make this happen. Just checking with the mill about availability of fabrics, but I'm setting up pre-order / MTO for both the Western Shacket (in vegan suede) and the Barn Jacket (in that US-made 10oz cotton duck).

I'll post them up here as soon as we get confirmation that the fabrics we want are available. :slayer::slayer: :slayer:
