So, watched through the video from last Friday and I thought it was particularly insightful.

First, I really enjoyed the guys from AR stopping by. Hearing their philosophy just about got me to a place where I want to wear the glen plaid ARC suit. I really appreciate their execution of an interesting perspective. Second, Blurhms is where the video really shines. I would not have looked twice at several of their pieces just scrolling through the site. But hearing the details really helps to sell the product and differentiate one camel sweatshirt from another.

I think the video series is a great addition to the website and something that keeps getting better and better.

Completely agree about the videos. I watched the AR portion several times and hearing the AR ethos along with the NMWA fabric choice convinced me to buy the ARC suit jacket. I'm really looking forward to trying it out.

Awesome! Would love to see how that looks.

I keep on thinking how cool it would be to be some creative type lawyer working in Silicon Valley and only wearing various ARC suits. As opposed to some stodgy defense lawyer :).

Agree.

I loved the ARC jacket in the fabric Mr. R. was wearing. Has me thinking about any future preorders should they happen.

Just ordered the green vest, so perhaps that's the gateway.

The chickens demand to be represented by an attorney in AR. I mean southern lawyers are eccentric, aren't they, Newc?

Any Buster Keaton fans here?

Off topic but I was watching Battling Butler from 1926 and Buster is out in the wilderness and in one scene he was wearing a suit with a very interesting fabric that in my limited range, I've never seen before. I thought it was really different. Sort of alternating blocks of rotated and plumped/relief fabric.

I wonder what you guys thought of the fabric and what is it called, if possible to guess. And would you think that fabric would be popular in this day. Thanks.

This is really good feedback, thank you! It actually comes as a surprise because I felt for Blurhms specifically, I was just rambling about nothing, but I was feeling a bit fried that morning so I blame that :hide: .

I like doing the livestreams because it gives us a chance to talk about what we like about each piece and why we selected it in the first place. There is no algorithm doing our buying, so what this means is that it really is Greg and I sifting through thousands of things to make a selection of what ultimately ends up in the store, and that means we saw something worthwhile in every piece to deem it worth stocking. Writing copy helps a bit with expressing this, but the livestream is much more immediate and tactile.

I'm glad you all like it!

Love the livestreams and look forward to them each week. Can say that for sure they have directly influenced at least a dozen purchases that I wouldn’t have made just based on static photos and website copy. It’s an excellent way to use technology to reach folks and a technique other small retailers would be smart to copy.
