If NMWA runs a Valstar linen safari jacket again, don't miss out.

1000

(also Rota fawn flannels, la Portenga Fat Carter, Inis linen crew neck, Farnese calfskin tubo...)

It looks great but have you tried cinching the waist a little with the waist string? I find that it gives it a more pleasant shape

I love everything about that, Patrick. I especially like that you're wearing flannel and linen together.

Outdoor temps in the mid-50s with indoor temps in the low 70s. That's perfect for linen layering pieces (sweaters and jackets) and flannel pants. This is pretty much my uniform in the spring and fall. The linen sweater over flannel pants generally is my uniform in winter as well (keeps me from overheating at my desk), I just swap in a more substantial overcoat.

Yesterday, it was the blue flannel herringbone Rota pants, a blue OCDB, a natural brown linen Inis v-neck, (dark brown suede Farnese belt), and Niche army green jacket.

Safari jacket looks great PB.

Any chance this Valstar FJ will be available for the fall in a different color (e.g., brown or grey)?

We have not ordered it for the fall assortment. What kind of fabric were you thinking for fall? Moleskin, wool?

Whatever you guys end up ordering, please double or triple the order size so that they don't sell out in 2 nanoseconds and I might have a shot at one!

Moleskin sounds pretty good.

We already placed our Valstar order for FW15 - so any of these ideas would have to be some sort of special project any way - and anyone who wants it would order their size.
