Update- I called ebay again yesterday and spoke to a rep who agreed with me that the buyer was abusing returns. Just called eBay , rep read the messages. Basically told me I should take the return or refund/partial because even though it looks like clear buyer's remorse, if the buyer escalates to a case, I will loose and get a defect. I always thought odor claims weren't covered under SNAD :fu:- ejay1

Thanks for finding that- looks like a nice deal with free deliv and 10 yr warranty thrown in..sale ends in 1 day, just might cop it worked great for me with shirts, denim, coats, sweaters..the buttons were all in korean so i just messed around with it and settled on what i think was the 30 min...- ejay1
