    Right boot was worse than the left but only needed to have them stretched very slightly. Pinky toe on the right boot was rubbing. After that it was fine. Heel lift was out of the box. Unlined RO SDs w/toe cap. I had a local guy do it. I have no idea how he stretched them but he was an old school...

    Bakers got back to me and said it could be a bunch of things as well as what you mentioned. Suggested trying some foot powder to see if its the leather. If it doesn't solve the problem its the shanks and would be covered. These boots are def cursed.

    Anyone ever hear of a boot start "creaking" after 8 months of wear, 5 days a week for 8 hours a day? Because, thats my reality right now. Just my left one. If I walk really slowly it doesn't happen. Its absolutely infuriating. RO SDs Commando half sole, single leather, normal 90" heel.
