    Custom White's Boots ... Thoughts?

Auspicious that I get back on SF the same time that sambam and Kyle start posting. I just got a pair of Hathorn Smoke Jumpers in brown roughout from whitesriver. I have to say, these are some of the most impressive things I have ever seen. And I have seen them all, Edward Green, Wesco, Viberg...

** Quintessential Crockett & Jones Thread ** (reviews, quality, etc...)

No they were not plasticky. Absolutely creamy, rich, supple, full grain natural goodness. Sorry for your loss.

Wow. Strangely enough I don't remember much about these, think I sold them around 2009. I don't think they were 240 last though. 240 is much rounder (like #4 in bottom pic).

Shawl Collar Cardigan Woes. (Help a guy out)

Which LE one did you get? I have several from them and they are all very good. I find that cotton or blends just look cheap as cardigans and they get heavy and saggy. Go for wool. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It also depends on the yarn. The smoothest one I felt was an Ivory color off eBay. Mine is much more rough Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

To Bean Boot or not to Bean Boot...

I highly recommend the current Bison leather series. Better leather, better color (red sole). Womens' available in lower height, the fit shape is same as mens.

Kanata, Granted, Canadian Sweater Company are all similar in quality. Of the three, I believe CSC is a bit nicer, but not a huge difference. I don't think any of them use Salish knitters consistently (maybe not at all). The best salish knit I've seen personally is the one Filson used a few...

Offical TRICKERS shoes and boots thread

Come on kids, enough with the dash-of-jaunty-flair colored soles already.

Crockett & Jones Clifford Handgrades 9.5D NEW

Ah, that is good info. If you are sure of that, then they must be 9E UK, and are in fact US sized. Thanks.:slayer::slayer::slayer:

Paul Smith Sundance Wingtip Boot 9 UK

$315-->$260-->$240 plus metered USPS, $10 discount for cash meetup Located in San Jose, CA I have had these for years, never wore them, for sale now. Please note the shoe bags aren't included (misplaced them during a move). One of the rarest PS shoes out there.

Crockett & Jones Clifford Handgrades 9.5D NEW

There's no logical reason they would be F width. They say "D", are either D-UK or D-US
