ah ok, yeah that isn't that much. when you say "I spend thousands there each year" it sounds like you drop 3 to 5 grand or something each year... I do and there's nothing wrong with that. $70 makes for a cheap shoe man, these are made in the USA for L.L. Bean, meaning they had to get these shoes at approximately $7.00 a pair at minimum wage or more (hopefully). $79 for foreign sweatshop made shoes, ok, but $70 is cheap in 2010. These are TINY shoes. I am a size 11 in almost every brand imaginable and these were very narrow and tight in the toe box. Returned them for a half size up and will give 'em another go. What ever happened to 5EP?
I have two pairs of Straight Resin washes that I wear on an almost daily basis. The only jeans I've ever patched rather than retiring. I have an unworn pair in a 32" waist if anyone cares. They're best for a 34" waist.- Lysol
