Started watching S2 of Tokyo Vice. White guy still acting stupid AF by deciding to date the Yakuza boss's mistress. Of course she knows that going out publicly is a bad idea but he keeps insisting. How fvcking dumb can you be to hook up with a Yakuza crime boss's mistress and then go out publicly with her? That's just asking for a death wish for everyone.

The doc is good too. It sent me down a rabbit hole of WW2 RAF, Luftwaffe and US Army Air Force material over the last week or so. Fascinating and so incredibly devastating to the citizens on the ground and of course the air crews.

There’s a documentary on HBO Max, “The Cold Blue” that details a bit more of the role of the flight mechanics, crew chief and the crews who loaded the bombs.
