I’m sort of blown away by how early some wealthy families give their children access to gratuitous sums of money. Like, can you at least wait for them to do something on their own? (And to be fair, maybe that kid is a doctor, engineer, artist, etc…but I doubt it?)

I agree completely. He bought the Tiffany Patek when he was an analyst at Sothebys. I think he invested money into Mark Wahlberg’s company, Municipal.

There’s an old chinese saying essentially amounting to “wealth doesn’t last for more than 3 generations”. This guy is a pretty good example of why.

More like an eclipse (of your wrist). Do you have small wrists or is that watch that wide/long? Surprised Patek made watches that big back then.

A cursory glance at these pages shows Rolex watches rather evenly represented in appearance with Cartier, Tudor, Panerai, IWC, Patek, AP and various independents.

But if you want more watch posts, post more watches! If you want less Rolex posts, post other watches. Be the change m’boy!
