Yarra Valley Aussie pinot. Surprisingly light at just 12% ABV.

Not even supposed to be drinking wine and I'm the only guy drinking wine? Sad, winebros.

You get five pours from a bottle. Decide on your per glass per person and divide by five. Add in 10% for spillage and over pours. Two glasses per person = 100 bottles.

For a 250 person event, how many bottles you guys think. I’m guessing about 1 bottle for 4 people so about 60 bottles but then figuring everyone doesn’t drink like Omega so 40-50 bottles?
Do you have wine only? (if you have beer & spirits, then you'll need much less wine)

Only wine, nothing else. It’s a lot of old people (it’s for a 100th anniversary) so I don’t expect more than 2 glasses per person, and some won’t drink at all and I think it’s only a 4 hour event. I’m leaning towards splitting the difference with what Piobaire suggested and what I originally thought so 75 bottles but maybe go to 100 bottles, will have to get more intel on the guests and the true total expected.
