I didn’t even have to read your reply @kbadgley84. I was in store when I posted but left it. Stamping wasn’t even clean and there was no country of manufacture and I’m familiar with Mont Blanc because I have a wallet. Buckle felt like a cheap plated buckle too. Good call.

Thought I had joined the #CreusetCrew, but alas, it's a fracking fake.
I found a guide for fakes; discovered that all Le Creuset pans have the following four marks:

1. The name Le Creuset
2. A size mark that should be a double-digit number
3. "France" or "Made in France"
4. The Le Creuset diamond mark
