At that price, I’d be stunned if it wasn’t Angelico. And, at that weight, but especially at that weight being linen, I think you’d be insane to buy.

That thing is going to be a catastrophe within 5 minutes of wearing
I think they would list the mill if it were Angelico- they're not ashamed of Angelico. This is probably a Chinese mill. Also... listed fabric weight strikes again!

Ya know, I never used to buy that it took any sort of secret sauce to be a model, because you're just a human mannequin, right? These Spier pics have proven me so wrong.

Are you saying that there's more to life than being really, really, really ridiculously good looking?

I just can't enough they're going more economical than Angelico. But, either way, that weight with linen would be a nonstarter for me, no matter where the cloth is coming from
What's a good fabric weight for linen suit?
You probably want around 380g or so. Still will wrinkle, no matter what, but not quite into the tissue paper lighter weights would do.
Something heavy at 400 gr+
But it is better to go for separates - heavy linen trousers and lighter jacket
Don't agree here. Not a fan of wearing plain (as in, non-blends) linens as separates. Not enough visual variance in the cloth to avoid it looking like a mismatched suit.

have you all noticed that many of the offerings now do not have long sizes. (40L and 38L) ... hope this is not the new thing they're doing, otherwise that will be it for me with this brand :/

The only 46 I tried was a nightmare (factory defect, so no aesthetic/fit issues can overcome that), but now that I'm fairly confident 48 is my go to, I'm sadly (ignoring the admittedly very bad fit pics lol) trending that way. Very minimal stock, assuming it ever even is stocked, which seems largely confined to a couple of Neo options per season, from the look of it. Would have liked to give that navy silk SC a try

There are a lot of new things going on around here, and this may very well be one of them.

(My own neck/sleeve size in their shirts is no longer a regularly stocked item.)

I dunno, mane. The silhouette doesn’t seem to be executed that well from the pics. Slightly extended shoulders with minimal padding to add some structure to even out the roundness of the shoulder line, to make a better inverted triangle silhouette for the 6 x 1 would look better IMO. And I’m not sure what the quarters are doing; they appear to be kind of scissoring or not closing well.
