Any guesses?

The indictment against the former Trump campaign chairman, which resulted from Mueller’s investigation of the Trump campaign and Russian election interference, lists transfers from offshore accounts totaling $849,215 to a “Men’s Clothing Store in New York” and $520,440 to a “Clothing Store in Beverly Hills, California” over the course of roughly six years, comprising $1,369,655 of the more than $75 million of illicit funds in question.

My guess for NYC would be Barneys or Bergdorf. Or maybe his friend Roger Stone introduced him to Flusser

https://www.nytimes.com/2015/08/27/...es-donald-trumps-well-tailored-coattails.html

Mr. Stone’s suits are custom-made — and built to last. “I don’t think I’ve had a new garment made in 20 years,” he said. “When you have bespoke things made, a good tailor puts enough fabric in the seams, so as you get older and fatter, or as you lose weight, they can be taken in and out. So most of my suits were made by Anderson & Sheppard in London a hundred years ago. I have used Alan Flusser here, who is like my sartorial mentor and the total arbitrator of good taste.”

Things one could buy with $1.3 mil:
  • 1625 pairs of Vass shoes (at $800 each)
or
  • 260 Henry Poole suits (I think they run $5k?)

I have to say, if I had unlimited funds, would not buy anything from Bijan

I have a Bijan SC made by Santandrea. Definitely would cop again, just not retail.
