Dear SF'ers

I want to warn you about grailed when you get scammed with a transaction the CS don't reply to mails anymore. They advertise with 100% grailed guarantee on their website but this is a big lie. I did only 10 transactions on Grailed and got two times scammed so please be aware of the high amount of scammers on that platform since there is zero protection. The only thing you can do is try to work out with PayPal and raise an escalation. It is a shame Grailed charge a fee for their platform since there is no support if anything goes wrong with a transaction.

My advice is sell on Ebay where you pay a similar fee for selling or just stick on SF with selling where there is no fee at all. As you can see in my profile I sold a lot on SF and never got any problems with scammers on SF neither on Ebay.

This was an expensive lesson for me but some people need to learn it like me by making twice the same mistake. There will be no third time for sure ;).

I will communicate this on reddit/twitter/facebook and other forums to make people aware of the situation and community on Grailed and advice you to do the same with friends and family.

Conclusion Avoid Grailed.
