Very interested in a GMTO suede Chelsea. Grey and/or brown and/or calf, possibly.

You guys should consider Simpson for Chelsea's, fit is more forgiving than balmorals instep wise and they are sharp as hell. I think my black calf ones are my fav pair of boots
Simpson is way too narrow and angular for what I am looking for. Its a nice last but not for what I am after here

Sollar is a bit of a wider fitting last. It s between Rain and Detroit I believe.

Here is an image of the Chelsea on the Sollar last

After wearing this Inca, I believe it is the right last for me.
I am an E (us) width with a high instep, and it is perfect. (1/2 down from Brannock)

I could be talked into a grey Chelsea on dainite, but it would have to be on a last with a wide option

I find all the chelsea boots fit rather loose. On a purchase of a Simpson Chelsea in a 9.5 I found it to fit more like a 10. Definitely longer and more instep room then a typical 9.5 would have had.

Those shoes have been tempting me quite enough without you piling on.

Sollar is wider fitting with soft square toe? Is that the only last with those qualities?

I like it. Not a Chelsea fan but with a medallion toe, I may reconsider.

A few talking about grey suede - found these at a sale in Stockholm, couldn't resist. The grey suede enhances lots of shades and life.

I would be down for Chelsea in mid to dark brown calf on dainite. Preferably Rain last. I love suede, but need to diversify.
