Ordered some OF 1910 and they sent me the Statesman instead. It's pretty good. I like OF generally.

Do people sell or trade whiskey on this forum? I’ve come into possession of a bottle of pappy 10 and pappy 12 year… and I’m not a whiskey/bourbon drinker.
you should probably heed jc’s shuttle hint below 👇 😉
It’s probably against forums rules to sell alcohol. No idea on trading.

Spending a week up in Tennessee (spring maintenance time, chimney cleaning, ducts, HVAC, carpenter bee treatments) and stoked to find another bottle of the Mighty Fine batch from last year. Of course, I bought it, and put a solid dent in it before it went back on the cabinet shelf for next time. I hate paying $100 for Booker's these days, but there is a lot worse out there at that price point! On a side note, had dinner at Bludorn in Houston where they had a great selection of bourbons. We ended with with the WL Weller and Eagle Rare 17 year old.

They're getting older too - used to be like mid 6 years, now up to almost 8. (nothing to sneeze at considering most russells and knob picks are now 8-9 years old)

Bludorn is awesome. Went there a couple weeks ago and enjoyed some finer dining. I drank two of their house made cocktails and loved it! If you like steak, you should try State of Grace if you haven’t. They also have great brunch.

Have been there a couple times, and you’re not wrong about it. Their cinnamon rolls are a guilty pleasure. Bludorn is probably my fave though, as it’s less than 10 minute walk for me
