Rios will indeed repair RRL boots that they've made, all the way up to a complete relast - however you will most likely lose the branding on the insole and outsoles as they may not have them available. I sent a pair of Plainview western boots in and they came back nicely done!

With increasing costs and dwindling margins for the manufacturers, there's also lots of incentive to sell the QC rejects on eBay. As well as make more than were ordered and sell on the side. There's a seller on eBay that is actually the factory they use to make the leathergoods/jackets in...

Yep, absolutely positive. Narrowed it down by the label, not by the hang loop. The leather also smelled far too new for a jacket that's supposed to be over 10 years old. Plus the fact it came in packaging. The margins on RRL are enormous. Even at 70% off, there's a reasonable profit to be made...

427 EUR shipped to 'All other regions'. I'm finding it difficult to justify shopping at RL.com these days, especially when stockists are beating price with a big margin on the first round of sales (and ship direct outside the US) Copped the Hitchings!

I agree, feels too dandy. Those types of fake-ish western-ish boots work well with tailoring, if the styling is right for them. Either a very slim leg or a semi-flare. I think the RRL aesthetic is too far down the burly heritage end of the spectrum. I'm all for mixing along the spectrum but if...

Looks like they're factory seconds, or stuff that was rejected once delivered. There's also another seller from India (that's probably the factory RL uses) selling seconds quality leather jackets/bags.

The way RRL sizing has been who knows... I've had XL's measure close to my old Large's and new Large's measure close to my old XL's. I suspect it will be on the bigger side given it's supposed to have a relaxed-ish fit going off the Lookbook, but we don't know if the models wore a size up.

A little while ago someone was asking if pre-washed RRL Denim fades. My current do anything-in jeans have been Slim Fits in the Otisfield wash. I've had a pair since they first came out, so probably 1-2 years? I've worn through the thigh and repaired it myself for a pair of authentic 'repaired...

From what I saw the RRL version is much closer to an actual replica of the jacket RL has. I really like the RL67 and when the RRL version had suede patches, I was on the fence but now I'd go with the Polo one. However... RRL did once have a trouser and vest to go with it IIRC and I would've worn...

Anyone have the double-breasted RRL suit/jackets ? Missed my opportunity to try one on as they didn't have my size but just curious to see how they look IRL. They look great on the models but do they look too costume-y to wear on the regular? And as a small detour by way of polo - does anyone...

Yes but usually just the seasonal ones. When core items go on sale it usually means they're being replaced. if the slim bootcut is coming back in 2024 I sure hope they bring back the selvedge twill chinos. Literally my favourite pants of all time.

    My Sz34 and 36 slim fits have a 11.5" rise - I'd call that a mid-rise. For reference, my Levi's MIJ '1980's 501' has a 13" rise for a sz36, which I'd certainly call a high rise.
