Does the friends and family discount work in-store?

Not good in-store, from what I understand.

I wear a US 10 almost universally, so I had ordered a 10. Now you guys have me worried and I grabbed a 9-1/2 too.

That's very good advice that you received. Better to be safe than sorry.

Just snagged an 11d in the dark brown, was thinking about the black also but I am trying to get away from black shoes.

I was looking at a few of the brown RLPL belts to go with the Grants as well, just haven't chosen one yet.

Thurston, I tried on the Grant before and they run slightly small.

My feet are 9.5 E-10 D, and the 10-10.5D Grants correctly fits me snug.

The Grant fits a lot looser on me than the Mackay - I have it in 10, while I have the Mackay leather in 11.5 (and it's a bit narrow) and suede 11 (a bit roomier in width than the leather). I'd recommend ordering a size or halfsize smaller, unless you already ordered, i skipped a few posts

It's fascinating that there is generally no real answer to these questions of comparative fits... Fits smaller for some, larger for others. It really depends on one's foot shape IMO...

So what does the price-after-discount come down to for these Grants ?
BTW, Boston and Nu Yawk don't collect full sales tax on shoes/clothes. Wonder if Polo's tax calculator has that factored in.
