They are things of beauty and on my wish-list for a long time - this suede model particularly. The ones in Pecari leather are emblematic too. They are not often in the sales but it happens, if you're lucky you can find them at 30% off.
If you heard of mid 1960s 'La bande du Drugstore' (Drugstore Gang or Crowd - Mods à la French), they were their shoe/boot of choice with the Weston 180 loafer.

They are TTS, but rather narrow, so of course much better to try them on.
