No. Gap 1969 used to be good. For a long time, it used Kurabo (what PDC was using when it was good). They dropped the 1969 premium line in 2006, though, and brought it back on everything. It no longer means anything and is not the premium line. I have no idea what denim they're sourcing now. I am kind of curious what mill the Goughs came out of, as that stuff was surprisingly decent. With a few exceptions, the rest isn't very good. These Williamsburgs look pretty cool, though.

That looks like a pretty damn good fit... on that guy at least. Not too loose in the thigh, not too tapered leg opening.

ah ic, good to know. i wasn't trying to say the quality of the gap jeans were poor, just meant that the craftsmanship and quality probably don't compare to diors. yet, this is coming from someone who doesn't own either pair. so i'll just stop here.

also, those jeans look good and for $65, nice.

They're obviously not going to compare to a $300 pair of jeans (well, probably not; the Goughs probably do beat the **** out of anything True Religion has ever made and ever will make), but they're quite well made for what they are. These probably were made in the same place, possibly from the same stuff. I'll have to check them out in person.

It's not a bad looking jean for the price. I'm waiting for Uniqlo to release their premium line to see what it looks like.
