I didn't get anything this year because they removed the Brooks buys for buying 2 suits. Otherwise I might have picked up a couple of new suits. Oh well. I will save my pennies for the next clearance sale.

Also, BB is starting to feel a bit more like JAB. I bought a polo the other day, and it has changed price at least three times since I bought it - going as low as $20 and as high as $60, and it isn't clearly moving in one direction.

I ordered around 1 AM 25 December and received my shipment confirmation for part of my order last night.

Thanks, mine was shipped today - 3 days after I ordered! Fedex delivery estimate says I'll get it in 10 days...

Hi - forget the 10 days quoted by FedEx. I had ordered a few things for shipping to Germany earlier this month. The package arrived a whole week earlier than the quoted delivery day. I cannot see why it would differ for the UK unless customs there would be much, much slower.

Order processing took 3 days for me too - never experienced this while still living in the US, so I assume this might be something specific to international orders.

Well, I went to the newbury st store, as recommended. Told them I wanted a card to get the discount. They tried opening one for me again and the credit company said it was issued but wouldn't activate it for 10 days or something. Anyways, the employee said "you did your part filling this out, it's not your fault our credit company can't get it together". He gave me the additional 15% on top of the kicker.

So, after the discounts, I ended up with:

3 dress shirts for $126
1818 Fitzgerald charcoal for $505
Allen Edmonds Captoes $199

I felt like these were good prices for everything.

When you order a suit from the site, do the pants come un-hemmed? rare they already cut to a set length?

Yes Milano comes in Long; here's one available in 40L:

The way the Milano is cut, many guys find they have to size up in chest, length or both to get a proper (i.e. non-"hipster") fit.

Possible. but then wont the pants become too big?

I went to my local Brooks Brothers today to buy three dress shirts but they wouldn't allow me to use my 15% corporate discount. I've done this in the past but no luck today. I made there purchase anyway but I wondering if I call in and make an additional order if they will allow me to use the additional 15% off. Anybody know?
