I only had inka cola once in peru. To me, it tasted like cream soda.

I am surprised nobody knows the answer. The differnce is American coke uses HFC while other countries, such as Mexico, use sugar. The taste is noticeable. It's a different kind of sweetness. Some people say sweeter. You can get Mexican coke at Costco for about $20 a palette/case.

I don't normally drink soda, but I make an exception for:

1. Coke (from Mexico) (made with cane sugar)
2. Virgil's Rootbeer

Boylan's all-natural cane cola. They make a regular, not all natural cane cola with a different bottle and label, which is still good, but this stuff is on another level entirely:
