I got a pair of black Polo classic looking shorts, some Martha's Vineyard that have a cinched waist that I still havent decided on, and a pair of Hurleys.

Still trying to find the right ones. Everything is either frumpy or juvenile or expensive. Or obnoxious.

^^ yeah but the point of board shorts are for just chillin on the beach or by the pool, not for doing olympic swimming. With boardshorts you can go to the market to get a six pack. With a speedo I'm not sure you can walk around anywhere.

To save everybody else some time, the price ********** and bone shorts is... $215.

Geez.

Birdwells. Mine just came in the mail yesterday. Burgundy mid-thigh trunks sized up 2 from my waist size. Also, they came with a catalog that had some pretty cool color/stripe combinations. Here's one of the pages.

I have a pair of Modern Amusement shorts that I like a lot, the colors might be too flashy for some though.
