That looks delicious Manton. For me, it tasted better than it photographed. Crispy chicken thighs with fennel, orange, thyme & olives and a side of super parmy polenta.

That looks great! But that is a lot of peel...was it bitter?
The chicken looks great; the polenta looks like very dry scrambled eggs. I'm sure it was delicious, though.
Looks fantastic. did you make the tagliatele? What wine did you have with it?
