I've been building up my bottle collection lately. I think I have more liquor SKU's than most bars.

My go to drink at home every night for a month has been a Knob Creek Bourbon old fashioned. I bought a 1.75 for $60 and it is such a damn good every day drinker at that price. 3oz Bourbon .5 Simple 3 ango 3 reagans 2 big cubes

I've done a good amount of negroni testing and optimization over the last year. These are my favorites along with a variation for each. Drinks read center-out with the campari replaced for the variations. I've also come to the conclusion that like 1.5oz gin and 1oz for the other two ingredients for all of 'em.

So you add that to a Negroni? How much? I usually do my Negroni 1 Vermouth, 1 Campari and 1 1/2 Gin.

I must be in the minority here, but I prefer Campari sodas to Negronis because summer drinking = large quantities of cold beverages and large quantities of Negronis lead me to a bad and terrible place

Just a little, sub for a little of the Campari. I eyeball it.
