Okay I guess these are going back. Looks like I'll be out some money on shipping huh? They really should update their sizing guide. These are way too snug especially if they won't stretch out.
Be sure to fill out the customs forms correctly if you are shipping from the U.S. to Canada (I cant speak for other countries) but you want to make sure you mark very clearly on the customs form it is returned goods. Some people have had the misfortune of having their packages returned through no fault of their own, which really sucks.

Just got these in, lightly worn. Navy Shell, stitch down. Grail, acquired! I've since swapped out the (ludicrously) long round laces for some shorter, flat waxed laces from Alden. More pics incoming soon.

I almost got those navy boots, but ended up getting the kangaroos, which dont fit correctly as I said earlier ITT.

Here are some photos of the size difference I recieved from sd vs gyw if anyone is interested.

I'm almost certain those are two different sizes. There can be subtle differences in length depending on toe structure but it shouldn't have that much difference.

Far left and mahogany is GYW on 2030. Second to the far right is 110 in half size smaller. The natty CXL is stitch down

Looks like they were marked incorrectly. These are my Kangaroo, size 10 GYW in 2030 last (dark brown) vs size 10 SD in 2030 last

I agree - I have GYW and Stitchdown in the same size and there is only very minimal difference in size. I would exchange them for sure,

Being 0,5 size smaller has probably more to do with the size difference than construction...

Received my kangaroos and am a little worried about sizing. I went .5 down the same as my other 2030 service boots (black waxed flesh from Norte and aged barks from .com, both stitchdown) these fit a good amount snugger than those.

Wearing my new-to-me Navy shell stitchdowns today. I swapped out the laces for Alden flat waxed laces. They're a touch on the shorter side but I don't like big lace loops hanging down.
