Yeah, that wrinkle would bother me.......for about a second (if that long). Man, that is a beautiful shade on top of a great boot.

Hoping the cap wrinkle will disappear with wear, but already don’t really mind it. Love the color and can’t wait to see how it changes.

Which color is this and which make-up? Absolutely stunning color of shell! I have the same weird "vein" on the toe of my Natural Shell Service Boots. Haven't thought of trying the spoon to press it down, but may give it a shot this week.

Thanks, it’s just the stock color 8 Viberg has on the dot com. I really wanted the marbled color 8 but got sticker shock, didn’t want to wait, then figured I’d just try and fade a pair myself. There’s a ton of variation in color already so I’m pretty happy.

Has the vein on yours gone down at all with wear?

So you started sun fading those Color 8's? They're turning out nice!

Mine is also on the toe cap and hasn't gotten any better. I'll have to try the spoon to see if it'll help.

Oh, no, that’s how they looked out the box. Just mean I’m going to wear the crap out of them. If I subconsciously sit outside in the sun more that’s a bonus. Curious to see how the spoon method turns out!

It darkened a bit after I conditioned the first time last month after about wearing them for a year. Also, poor lighting / rain.

Not super noticeable but kind of bugs me a bit. Any way to get it out? Exactly the same on the other toe too.

Color 8’s under fluorescent light. Definitely can look very dark too.

Winter Smoke came in earlier than I expected. The 2030 last is definitely different on them. The black RO is almond 2030, the brownblack is the winter smoke on rounder 2030 and the black smooth is 2020 last.

Edit: Should point out too if it matters the 2020 is a half size up as well from the 2030s.

Got my winter smoke pair too and the color is pretty unique, it’s like a dark grey with brown undertones
