If you meant the CTs - theyre a fawn/beige
that looks quite similar albiet maybe a little lighter than the fabric bunch I have on hand (due to lighting probably)
Re: Magee Black/Grey
Great call everyone, nails the colour I wanted.
I always love unrolling bunches, part of me wants to keep this as a blanket.

I’ve had that same thought a few times…”I should just keep this as a blanket “ hahaRe: Magee Black/Grey

Hmm maybe? Cloth would be too thick for me for a sports coat. 640 grams I think.how's the scale of this? suitable for a sport coat?
That would be insanely heavy for a SC. Idk where you live but I can’t imagine you would too much use out of itHmm maybe? Cloth would be too thick for me for a sports coat. 640 grams I think.
Here it is compared to my mid grey sports coat. I think the scale would work fine, but up to you.

The herringbone weave of solaro doesn’t lend itself to an odd jacketI wouldn't be bullish on anything Solaro-ish working as an odd jacket. I have been kicking around the idea of a spring/summer pink or dusty rose sport coat, and since I was getting samples from Dugdale some months back, I also got a sample of a mildly iridescent two tone fabric that I thought would be suiting... and it confirmed my view that this stuff is basically suiting, full stop.
I am referring to a "Sunburst" in their "Needle-ready" book:
Needle Ready | Dugdale Bros & Co | Cloth Merchants, High Quality Cloth
Dugdale Bros & Co are cloth merchants based in the very centre of Yorkshire's worsted industry dispatching fine cloth globally from an historic headquarters buishop.dugdalebros.com
I got married last year in a suit made of that exact fabric. I went with the lighter side rather than darker. Darker side almost passed as a solid dark navy until the light hit it and then the stripes were quite “loud.”Has anyone seen blue Solaro in the wild? Cloth Code SW2573. I’m curious how it would look as a spring/summer suit or maybe an odd jacket.
