Rack up one more lamentation for the "too bad we don't get to pick our parents" theme. Mom and Dad sues the school district while forcing jr. to be home schooled. All because the school let him(?) pick his pronouns and didn't tell the parents because, obvs. reasons.

Just seems rather cruel and unusual to allow this type of ish in 2023.

Is the a HR person out there who thinks that they carry the “emotional labor of their organization “?? That’s some pretty good self indulgence. Not sure if that is the biggest lol or the part about making the big bucks

The rise of the HR influencer is surely a sign of the end times

I don't know if they count as HR, but I have come across a handful on the recruiting side. They generally are focused on how there should be more pay transparency and interview processes should be simplified (often with how they have recruited key people because they made their process faster).
