I've been mulling over having a tailor copy the Wranchers in a nicer material for a year now lol

You can find vintage levis sta-prest that are a hard twill cotton poly blend, but feel a lot like cotton. There are also other brands out there - I found a pair of jc penney branded ones deadstock.
