sakabukuro bag

so....about this bag. it's definitely one of the best things i've picked up over the past year. it's made from sakabukuro fabric, which is tightly woven cotton that was coated in persimmon tannins and used as a kind of filter in the sake-making process. over time, the fabric picked up these incredible hues.
