Lemaire looks like a cool jacket, and fits you well from the photo that I can tell. I'd wear it like that, but how does it feel buttoned up?

I'd wear it with more straight slim fit cut bottoms though, or a fabric that does not lend itself to bunching as much i.e. a thick wool or cotton. Jeans would be fine, too, depending on color. Those look like sweats FWIW but probably are really light weight cottn/jersey? Less of a break would also help if you decide to hem.

Thanks Toasty. I would only wear it open like that, it's too tight when buttoned over anything but a tshirt, and I don't really like the buttoned silhouette anyway. It has a nice and soft shape when worn open and I love the fabric. I think I’ll just return it though and look for another piece in the same fabric.
The pants are those wool/cashmere Schneider with the knit ankle detail from last year. Really soft and warm and comfortable but I need to have them cleaned, they’re all wrinkly and shapeless at this point.

Cool look octoppanda. Hard to make a blazer like that look good but u do. It does look impossible to button though. A size up wouldn't work u think?

Btw @penanceroyaltea, your fit makes me want to break out the tux for some experimenting. Midnight shawl collar too. I only wear the thing a handful of times per year otherwise.

The very angular sole framing the more rounded shape of that boot is quite interesting.
