Exactly... I agree with the bolded part above (and all of it). I never said opinions here aren't valuable, in fact I said the opposite if you go back and read my posts. I simply pointed out the gap between SF perception vs real life. You pointed out exactly the same thing WRT one of spope's fits recently, I was just continuing along that line of thought so I'm kinda surprised on your reaction to my comment.

i never said that there is not value in opinions off SF. i said they are fine if that is the look one is going for. all i pointed out regarding senior pope is that often non SFers are befuddled by SF type clothing and often SFers are grossed out by non SF clothing. thats is all good and well.

the only point i was making, and what i stand by, is that if a person is more interested in succeeding aesthetically in the eyes of the general public, then why bother coming here for feedback if all you are going to say is, and ill paraphrase here, "shut up guys, all the chicks and all my cool friends say i dress so good."

thats great, so go rock out with these chicks and cool kids, but dont waste peoples time asking for feedback if you are just going to dismiss it by saying you never wanted anyones help anyways. its lame.

im not accusing any specific person of doing this, but it happens enough, and each time it makes me roll my eyes and wonder what the hell is this guy doing here?

I want to own a yacht someday. Who wouldn't? At the very least it means you made some sound financial decisions (prior to buying the yacht ).

I think it's just too bright.

Fit would look amazing with a dark red, dark purple, or oxblood tee
