My ears must have been burning because I decided to return and see what yall are up to!  Sorry for the absence--had a bunch of stuff going on.

Anyway, heres the scoop: I think I'm bored of my MUT Moon and am thinking of trading it. I think the wrist presence of the speedy pro did it for me.  Maybe I'll swap the MUT for a GO PML 2012 somehow?

You can't go wrong with the GO PML. Welcome back buddy.

Thanks brother. I did see a lovely limited edition reverso on the brown fagliano strap awhile back. What a beauty. And congrats on a PAM if I remember correctly?

Welcome back Cyclon! Hopefully you will be coming back for good now...

Also, figured you would appreciate this :):

I am in love with my Speedy too, I guess we have fairly similar tastes. I don't think I would ever let go of my MC though. Although I think a GO PML will be my next choice... in time. The wrist presence of the Speedy is something else though. Those lugs are just so amazing.

Have to disagree, I don't have one but Pepsi GMT is nice. Actually, the best GMT IMO - particularly the 1675.

I'm with Kaplan on this one--the Pepsi bezel gives it something unique. Otherwise its just a sub with some timezone functionality. yawn.

Don't have one, but to me the Pepsi is part of the GMT's DNA.

+1 !!! I owned a GMT in the mid 1980s. I ordered it expecting the pepsi bezel. It arrived with the black bezel. I thought it was kind of cool at first. However, after several years of wearing it I found that if someone noticed it, they often said, "Nice Sub." It became annoying, and more importantly I realized it lacked its own identity without the pepsi bezel. If I were ever buying a pre-owned GMT it would have to have the pepsi bezel !

It's just a personal taste, many will disagree. But I think it looks childish and ugly. A normal submariner is a lot nicer.

I wore my SM300 today

Went and checked out a JLC moon phase at Tourneau today. I was quite surprised at how light it felt on the wrist - $9400 retail on the stainless and $15000ish on the gold.
