Alas, gents, I hate to admit it, but I was too complacent and lost the bid at the last minute.

It was listed as a fully restored circa 1960s model, and got sold to the winning bidder at £650.

Agreed. I've learnt my lesson!

Anyhow, does anyone know what the market value would be for fully restored vintage Omega models like those circa 1960 go for? Just wondering what would be the threshold price beyond which it wouldn't be worth paying...
