It's called a tropic strap, though that has a bit different of a tail piece shape. They come in all kinds of colors, quality and vintage look. Generally a proper one needs to come to a pretty severe taper like you see in that one.

I chose one from https://www.josephbonnie.com/en/product/rubber-tropic-black/ as they have the texture extend around the strap end that sits next to the watch case, unlike the (re-created) Tropic branded ones.

I have many and agree these are the best. Wolbrook watches sells the identical tropic strap (clearly the same manufacturer and the same specs), so that's another option as a place to find this tropic strap.

Super overpriced. I use the fkm Juelong brand tropics from aliexpress. Same quality as the actual tropic I have except like $7 not $100
