So much flatulence. We’ve got deviled eggs and stout. What more could we ask for.
Attractive watch but I really like the deviled eggs in your photo-delicious.The Pasha was the watch that got me interested in Cartier back in my 20s. I've always preferred the Pashas that have a diving bezel rather than the simple plain bezel. In addition, I really like the dial with white chapter ring on the outer edge of the dial which matches the outer rings of the subdials. I know a lot of people hate the date between the 4 and 5, but it doesn't bother me on this or other watches. I have a previous model, the 38mm Pasha 950 chronograph, so this might be a nice evolution of what I have.
So much flatulence.
I thought the 5231J sublime - lace this with the irony of ironies - upon my wishlist from Patek was an Asiatic/Oceanic version of the enamel world timer! Yet it leaves me near flat. The hands have it; the metal has it; yet the cartography seems out of kilter. Exuberant. Not reflective.@Scuppers - I don’t know, the 5231G is gorgeous to me. If I was from that part of the world, or had some connection to it, that watch would be at the top of my list. (Previously, that spot was held by the 5231J).
This is pretty.View attachment 1776469
Interesting nod to Zenith with this one.
I think this is a curious study in the “sportive” direction that Patek is going.
