No Frills is alive and well but hasn't been here in ages. I used to meet up with him for lunch when I would visit NYC. He has since moved to the burbs, and travels a lot for work, but I'm on a group text with him and 2 other former regulars from SF (oddly enough one guy was a big advocate for GO Panos, at least until a few of my posts mentioning I view it as the Lange 1's uglier sister with a mustache ). But it's all good.

Bought the newer DJ36mm, 126234. Fluted with jubilee...but the AD is weird and won't ship so I have to have a friend pick it up. Luckily he was visiting Toronto (which is on the other side of the country!).

I think it will be an awesome daily for my wife. But also in a size i can steal lol

Watch guys love their reference numbers so much they probably use them as PINs. Major security risk in Europe with all that wrist hacking and such.

Interesting hands on that. But, you wouldn't be able to tell the time easily with just a glance. You'd have to gaze at it a bit to get an idea of where the hands are pointing relative to portions of the dial.

It's not just that AD. Rolex ADs or boutiques around me won't ship watches. I wonder if it is some new Rolex policy?
