I think they are meant for casual wear
I would never have one on in the office ...

Yeah, even for casual wear I don't like floppy collars. They're either stiffened by collar stays or buttoned down for me.

i want to buy some cheap vneck shirts. I normally wear S for uniqlo button ups but wear M for t-shirts in most other brands. Should I get S or M? Uniqlo button ups tend to run big

I also wear small in Uniqlo sport/dress shirts and wear their premium cotton undershirts and t-shirts in medium.

Suddenlee couldn't find any linen jackets in XS. :(
If anybody wants to sell their XS in navy or offwhite, lmk. I also have a navy one in size S worn less than 5 times.

China still has 6 navy ones in stock

I ordered a medium through a forwarder. I'll let you know if I got scammed next week.

Suddenlee hasn't responded to my emails since last Thursday. Anyone else not able to get in contact with them?

Yeah when there are deep sales like this they tend to get a bit backed up and can be slow to process orders/respond to emails. It can be a little bit frustrating, but they'll eventually take care of business. At least for me, any delays are worth it because (a) it's my only reliable means of buying anything from Uniqlo and (b) they are very thorough - any time an item I've requested has been unavailable, they've done everything they can to provide alternative options (e.g. last week I ordered a linen slim cut jacket in off white and it was unavailable, so they purchased a placeholder jacket to preserve the price and gave me a list of all colors available in the size I requested).

short, slim and a high buttoning point.
fabric is thin and has some stretch to it (kinda feels like a type of athletic material, almost) its unlined and there is absolutely no structure whatsoever in the jacket (no shoulder pads, etc).
check the measurements on the site, they're pretty accurate if i remember correctly.
if thats something you're into, i'd get it. I was in between sizes and wasn't 100% sold on the style, plus the UU easy jacket fit better and I liked the material and style more.

Thanks. Its a shame theres no fit pics of it

i returned the dry easy. i thought it was surprisingly slim in the store, but then i realized it flared a bit in the back. i didnt mind that (it is an easy jacket) but the material felt stiff and didnt fall nicely when worn open (also pretty boxy unbottoned).

I feel its a bit small/tight in the shoulders, and a bit shorter than I wanted. Shame, size medium was a big too big all over. I guess I'm just stuck between sizes for now. The hunt for a light grey jacket continues.

If anyone has a navy slim fit linen blazer in M they are trying to get rid of, let me know.

Suddenlee has been a pain to get in touch with lately and I'm still sitting on 3 incorrect items they sent me in my last order from a few weeks ago.

Yeah, I'm still waiting on Suddenlee to retrieve an item they sent to someone by mistake instead of sending them to me, they've been kinda shoddy on the communication front, though I suppose that could be due to all of the daily sales that are happening.

I also wear one of the plaid linen (madras?) shirts to work (casual Friday), and find that the collar is actually quite good compared to some madras shirts I own. The others tend to get very crinkly, while the Uniqlo shirt remains fairly substantial.

I thought the Easy Jacket fit quite nice, but unfortunately there's no vent. Couldn't imagine buying a new jacket without a vent.
