Planning a tasting for some folks. My thesis is the impact of terroir and vinification on wine and I want to use to Chards to highlight this. One will be heavy on the mallos, so diacetyl will be present, and the other with no mallos and its malic acid intact.

Any suggestions on $20 and under examples?
