Cali to the max here, a blend of Oakville Cab Franc, Cab and Petit Verdot at around the usual proportions. It probably needed more time in bottle, but I was thirsty.

I bought several NV Pierre Callot Champagne Grand Cru Le Chemin de Paradis from Fass last year. Cracked the first bottle last night and it was quite good. Nice yeasty notes for brioche, nutty goodness, low sugar dosage with a very fine bead, medium acidity, just very drinkable.

This was stunning... opened a bottle from the cellar over the weekend and it initially was nice on the nose but drank a little rustic. By night three it was absolutely singing. Gobs of spice and sour plum. Would love to pickup some 2015s to add to the collection if I can.
