its made of some ****** material, not even any skin at all Lool, but it was pennies, so hopefully I can get something out of it
Faux Exotic leather/poly or bonded faux excotic leather or whatever by Celine with subtle yet not subtle at all buttons that are branded... eBay gold. You'll get a solid return on that. That's that nonchalant, but at the same time, really tryin, stuntin' look.

Yep, all actual HT, mostly older. It was weird that they all were HT and showed up at the same time yet were all different sizes. Maybe some guy really liked Harris Tweed and just kept buying them as he got fatter (or skinnier).

I didn't pick up any because I don't sell on the bay. Beautiful patterns though.

Wish I could find a rack like this. I have two Harris Tweed jackets and I love wearing them - any chance of a 38R?

Not really a brag, but I dropped by my local thrift shop on a whim this morning and found a navy pinstripe suit that fit me perfectly; fully canvassed, made in Canada, even the right trouser cut and button height.

For those who have thrifted blazers with REAL GOLD buttons and sold said buttons, have you...

1. Removed buttons and put on ebay
2. Removed buttons and gone to one of the "we buy gold" stores or a jeweler of some kind
3. Done something else that I didn't mention

To add, I cannot sell as a set because one of the buttons is missing, so I'm thinking that could rule out ebay?

Please PM if you have any suggestions, it is much appreciated. Thanks

Ugh, guys - I discovered this week that my shoe repair guy, who had been in business for 40 years and did B. Nelson-quality work for half the price, retired and closed his shop at the end of the year. :-(

I tried another shop in town that was recommended by the highest-end retailer here, and while they used decent quality sole leather, I'm pretty sure they just cemented it on.

Guess I'll have to bite the bullet and pay up for B. Nelson recrafting now.

$3 for an old school Brooks Brothers leather duffel. Will clean up a bit and probably use it to store roadside emergency supplies in the car

Karma is funny. Literally just a few days ago I passed on a bespoke cream dinner jacket to another member, and today I find one equally as well made--hand padded lapels--tailored in Moygashel linen. Just gotta let down the sleeves a touch.

that Hermes looks real to me....

It's real nice.
Is that a pocket hankie or is that a square scarf?
