Always pick up Pendletons... Especially board shirts in my size (vintage large, modern Medium). I don't waste my time on other styles unless they're mint.

What do you mean when you say board shirts?

I'll just make some jealous... Clearance Rack.

I just passed on about 5 Versace ties on clearance at my local Marshalls for $59. There was a RLBL tie for $69 as well. I've seen a few RLBL shirts, but I could count them on one hand.

It was more along the lines of this.

There's a mile of worsted merino yarn in each impossibly lightweight shirt. No wonder it's the shirt that's treasured for generations. Perfectly matched chest pocket, shirttail. Smooth, refined wool is still woven in our American mills.

  • 100% pure virgin worsted wool
  • Dry clean
  • Imported of USA fabric

If it had been a small, I would have used my gas money on it and coasted downhill to make up the difference.

Fair enough... I'm not really a fan of Sir Pendletons ( or tucking my shirt in most of the time, but that's neither here nor there), but they are nice.

Well good. Because the single one I have is my favorite shirt and I was torn over sacrificing stuff I like for rapport. :p Keeping an eye out for board shirts in your size.

I could find it more of it. Now with NM gone my chances of finding recent pieces have drastically decreased.

My two week adventure. That sure went by fast. I feel like I got chewed out along side RidetheCliche at the beginning, but I kept truckin'. I tried to be very picky, keep the wear to a minimum, and tried to ask as little questions as possible! I know not everything here is the most recent label, or even that CM/SWD but i'm definitely trying to look for things both the SFers might like, and those that fit me quite well even if I can't trade/sell. That being said, thanks to everyone that has helped out, i'm looking forward to lurking through everyones finds.(let me sneak in a "all available"(inquire) before I head out

I have no idea what you're talking about, but I have a feeling you're from Minnesota. My thoughts are that unless Nordstrom ups their game, Hubert White decides to stock a few more high-end labels that the departed stores sold exclusively or NM/Saks decides to return to the Twin Cities, thrifting classic high-end clothing will be over here in Minnesota. :(
