what are you, a socialist? if the nissan dealership wants to charge $900 for a $200 job THAT'S THEIR RIGHT IN THIS COUNTRY. if they don't want to take payments over the phone and possibly lose business THAT'S THEIR RIGHT IN THIS COUNTRY. it's called capitalism. and guess what, IT'S YOUR RIGHT TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE NEXT TIME.

jeez, the amount of entitlement in this country is amazing. i don't like the price they quoted me, so THE GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO SAVE ME. i don't like their payment options SO THE GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO SAVE ME.

Wasn't all in one trip. I did google zilli and saw jackets for radic prices, but didn't know if a tee was worth it

Jackets are ridiculous. Shirts, meh, but still nice. Made by the same guys that make Brioni.

It's actually commonplace for jackets/SCs/suits/pants to be insanely priced, and then for shirts to be dirt cheap.

Said no one, ever.

And so my eBay strikeouts continue...

Got this coat - Domenico Spano, great pattern, made by Adrian Jules. Hole at end of sleeve that wasn't mentioned. :fu: Would need to shorten sleeves and hole may be hidden, but still, wtf? Shoulders are a little big anyway - might just ask for a refund unless anyone here wants it at cost+shipping.

ugh, hadn't got to thrift in like a week. luckily, apparently the stores waited for me. sorry for the crappy pics, oh well. including prices because i think it's interesting to see how things are priced in different places. sorry if this bothers you.
The only thing that bothers me is that stuff is so much more expensive in Minnesota than in KC! Stuff is so cheap in your neck of the woods. RLPL anything is marked up to at least $9 here. Suits are $15+ and ties are $4+. Ugh.
Is a zilli tee shirt a good pick up?
:fu:
Not thrift store but found a little something today. Unavailable for now.
700
:slayer:  at the $225 and up.
Dudes, have a shitload of stuff that has been coming up lately that I'll need to post. Talking multiple Isaias, sweet Zegnas, etc. But I picked up this piece today and had to get some pics up. Neil Barrett made in Italy coat that I haven't quite figured out yet. Has some weird **** going on like I've never seen before. .
:wow:

I am a newbie to thrifting, hello.

I have found ten to the power of ten NWT Tom Ford suits sitting on many racks in Goodwill and am wondering whether to pick them up for one cents each. Only problem I am having is capital since 10^10 X 0.01 is still a hundred million dollars. However if you send the fund through western union I will proxy all of them for you. PS I am not an email scam, this opportunity is totally legit.

The postage might be very expensive since the box will weigh several tens of thousands of tons.

Here's the stuff I picked up this weekend

Woolrich hunting coat, marked a 46... Unfortunately too big for me but maybe between a 44 and 46 and available

Black linen Corneliani for PRL SC, 42L. Fits me well in the shoulders, chest, and even sleeves... a bit long in the body. Probably available. Any idea what these buttons are? Not MOP but heavy and cold to the touch

NWT wool scarf... Very minty new

Skeet blanket, size L

Nice Cheaney scotch grain bluchers, size 8 UK I think, with a nice Dainite sole

I left this other Woolrich jacket behind... Very similar to the one I picked up but the mustard yellow and the fact that they mark Woolrich jackets up to $20 made me leave this one

Thats so funny, I just got an offer from an exiled son of a prince from Mumbai, he says that if I will send him 100 grand then he wil, be able to ship me several rare and expensive artifacts out of his old country that are worth a minimum of 33.22 million dollars for helping him out. He seems like such a nice guy too. Maybe I can hook you guys up. To get all this started all I have to do is send him 10 grand so he can have his staff start the paperwoork I feel a fine Christmans coming on, just fine!!!
