I was part of a union for 15 years.
and I thought they were scumbags personally .
One side always thought the other was trying to screw them (which they did) so very little work actually ever got done .
But I digress.

Furniture homies: this Ekornes Stressless is at my local. Very good condition, leather just seems a little dried out. Worth $500 for personal?

I buy a lot of Ekornes, and my hard limit is $350 on these. They flip quickly at a bit more than twice that, slower if you ask for more, as usual. The leather on these is high quality, and will likely come up beautifully with Lexol/Bic4 or your other favorite conditioner. I would just try to negotiate with the manager, cash in hand. No harm asking. Doesn't work at the corporate stores, but often does at local charities.

No labels other than size. But good construction and big honkin talon zip for $10.

Crombie fabric on this. Very tailored and almost perfect fit on me.

Big pop. Crazy seeing that label looking back at me. Consignment, but for $22.

Who was our resident western boot guy who mentioned Lucchese customer service and was in like AZ? Was that @Sartoriamo ?

Was that customer service email address just their generic CS email? Or was it some private back office one that's hard to find. Got an interesting pair to de-code.

it definitely is @Sartoriamo
with that said, i've reached out to Lucchese directly through their generic CS email and they were extremely helpful.
They even gave me the MSRP of the item i found, which was nice

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
