Got lucky at the church thrift. They've jacked up their prices considerably recently, it seems, but I got these for personal at $15 each.

All Tom ford denim whether it's womens or mens will have TF embroidery on the zipper seam. It's his signature stitch. He says that's how people know it's tom ford as he said everyone looks at peoples crotch.

A. That's hilarious
B. Thank you for the info
C. Weirdly enough, mine have just a T and no F. Seems like a weird detail to fake if you're gonna half-ass it like that. They're definitely old; maybe this is how Tom used to make them and at some point he decided he wants both his initials on there so there's no confusion 😂

Heavy as hell with nice knobs.
No comment needed.

Here in Dallas Goodwill removed all of the dressing rooms but bathrooms still in place. Guy at Salvation Army told me the other day they would no longer be carrying books either.

Yeah, I will never round up at GW or SA. The local charity once get a round up once in a while.

Is this good or bad?
Sooo... both. I think fabric purists would say bad. HOWEVER, the golden era of LL Bean norweigan sweaters that were "well made" and highly sought after had this wool/rayon blend. If you see this on a tag, it's genuine vintage. I had one, hated how it looked on me and felt, and ended up selling it for a massive profit on what I purchased it for.

I stopped donating clothes to Goodwill and have been giving them to a soup kitchen that hands them out to the homeless. I’d rather see a guy on the streets wearing my old Jordans than Goodwill marking them $89.99.

Found a couple of fun things today for about £7 ppu, starting with this beautiful NN07 shawl neck cardigan. Really like the brand, fits me perfectly, definitely going into the wardrobe. Colour hasn't quite come out right in the pictures, but it's a beautiful blue. Sweet chunky wooden buttons too.

Next up, something which I liked the look of but I don't think I can pull off! A Polo western snap button shirt. Nice textures, cool details on the snap buttons, but probably a bit too much for me. Not making available just yet.

And finally, a pop for me on a forum favourite. Just a fairly simple cotton shirt but nice to find it nonetheless.

Yep, this is 80% wool, 20% rayon. It looks brilliant, but feels like dogshit. So scratchy!
Good for my archive though.
