Got a email coupon from Savers, spend $25 get $10 off. Got to the register and was $4 short because 2 items I had were unknowingly already 50% off. Tore up the store looking for a $4+ item and came across these two guys. $4.98 total. Thank you thrift gods! * Nevermind. Just saw @330CK 's post. Goodlord!

Guys I need your help - I found these at an antique market not too long ago and couldnt leave them for $20. The insoles are missing, I cant figure out a thing about them. Im guessing 50s or 60s? The size is marked as 27.5, which could be Mexican or Japanese - but neither seems too likely. The only markings are that 27.5 on the footbed and theres a "Common Projects"-ish string of numbers that also bears a 27.5 on the top of the boot. Lining looks to be pigskin, exterior Im not so sure. Tough as nails though. Rock solid. Any help would be appreciated!

Super mint ISAIS Base S.

Thread first? What I believe to be Sea Turtle cowboy boots in near-deadstock condition (worn 1-2x max). These are so dope I can't even describe... the quality is head and shoulders above Lucchese IMO. Just sick.

Mohawk General Store and Wasteland are always at the top of my list. Rodeo Drive is fun for gawking at super luxe goods. Magasin in Culver City looks cool but I haven't made it there yet.

Also, check out the Reigning Men exhibit at the LACMA. Amazing historical review of menswear.
