I could certainly see Paul Newman wearing that exact outfit.RRL Riders jacket, Quilted Western Yolk liner I guess?, Polo Moleskine Henley, The Strike Gold jeans, and Belstaff boots. Finally some chilly weather in Texas.

You're correct. I've had them for many years, with most of the patina developing from wear as work boots at a chemical plant.I believe I recognize some old Red Wing Pecos boots? I've got an identical pair. I think they called the leather Featherstone. Outstanding patina!
Very nice! I bought my pair at the RRL store on Mulberry Street in 2003. A sales associate had emailed me some photos of RRL products, and I spotted the boots in the background, so it was sort of by accident. You're correct. Why XS? Because of reports of sleeves being too long?all right, can someone take this off my temptation list, I'm decently sure I should go for XS but S almost feels like worth a gamble... (it's running extra 10% off now, going to end in <12 hours, make sure you select to pay in JPY on the right upper hand corner to get FX off your credit card instead of theirs which has decent amount fee, assuming your credit card doesn't charge foreign transaction fee that is)
edit: from japan link always broken for some reason, you can use buyee link on directly or go to from japan then copy paste the link

Nice -- mine are a bit younger, stamped March 1992, although I did buy them new from a Red Wing store. No stolen valor here!Very nice! I bought my pair at the RRL store on Mulberry Street in 2003. Take a look at the back of the boot, at the very top of the shaft and you'll see some stampings - RED WING, and above that it will have the size and to the right of the size will be four numbers. That's the month and year the boots were made. Mine are 1185 (meaning Nov. 1985), so they're almost 40 years old!
What are your thoughts on the hat, currently considering buyingFrom a couple months ago.
My salesdude suggested wearing it with dark boot cuts, western sport coat and string tie. And of course cowboy boots. Not too different than what you wear a lot!
Cool patch. Get it.What are your thoughts on the hat, currently considering buying
