re @ "private store" section on EU/NL website ; doesn't show for me either. Guess it's a pilot thing for some accounts. Remember the discussion we had a while ago about RRL having disappeared from outlets? Maybe that's where that stuff will end up for everyone in the future.

Noticed some new stuff on the Dutch website. I don't remember seeing these in the catalog;

Did you try logging in for the store thing? Might be hidden behind a spend wall, they used to segment promos based on customer value for sure.

The pieces you listed are in the full lookbook which for some reason the website doesn’t show. There are a bunch of extra looks and some other sick pieces coming up. It’s actually the collab drop with the second artist in residence.

Not sure if I can manage to upload the full lookbook here or if it’s too big.

Ordered this last Sunday. The pants I ordered same time shipped Monday.

Sent a message to CS Wednesday asking where's my stuff? Got automated reply saying they'd reply in 24hours. No replay so Friday I called CS. "Helpful" agent says it's taking time to fulfill but don't worry, give it 24 to 48 hours and if they can't fulfill they'll just cancel the order. Umm, thanks.

Saturday morning I tried the virtual concierge thing. I figure at worst I'll end up with two and have to return one. Guy from a store actually contacted me a couple hours later and I was able to order it through him.

Last night I got email saying my original order was delayed and then a couple hours after that it was cancelled.

I could have tried my usual SA but wasn't showing up in stock at that store so figured I'd just order from the website and skip a step.

100% of the time when I get a "delayed" item email, it gets cancelled not long after. Super frustrating, especially on limited sale items.

I don't think it's a spend wall. I tried again today and managed to see it while logged out and on mobile. But not while logged in and on desktop. Some nice items, but nothing that I want and don't already own yet. Hopefully a permanent section on their website and not just experimental.

Do you guys receive the physical catalogs and lookbooks with your orders, or have you signed up to receive them, or purchase them somewhere? I have never received one.

Digital is fine, but nothing beats the physical format (imo)

If you look closely at the catalog posted online you can see page numbers have gaps. Also the file name has “NOWINTER” in it. 🤷‍♂️
